Job DescriptionSupport the administrative work for the Concept Manager & Gallery Manager.Prepare, update & complete order schedules & Bill of Quantity’s on the system promptly.Handle admin tasks: scheduling emails, Meeting minutes, Document filing and Reporting.Tracking & Updating critical path documents.Support the Concept & Art Managers with timelines, deliverables, and progress tracking.Create and Manage a Concept & Art specific supplier list.Assist in the coordination of installation at the point of mobilization (TIT).Updating the schedules for the art inventory.Errands-Collection/delivery of samples and inventory.Manage Concept & Art storage inventory.Summarize interdepartmental briefs & requests into Concept & Art departments.Represent the Concept & Art department in meetings when Managers have schedule conflicts.RequirementsExperience in admin or project management support skills.Excellent with Microsoft Office,with emphasis on Excel & Google Workspace.Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team.Confident & articulate good on the phone.Must be presentable to represent the brand quality in meetings.
