Job Description

Position : Junior Business Support Tenure: 6 months contractKey Responsibilities Event Coordination Assisting in organizing internal events including venue booking and food selection Liaising with vendors to prepare proposal for venue and catering Ensure smooth execution of events with attention to visitor needs and preferences Visitor Management Arranging access cards, airport and intercity transfers and meal arrangement as of when required Overseeing logistics during visitor stays in Kuala Lumpur Facilities Coordination Meeting room booking and coordination with other stakeholders Serving as the contact point for facilities issues escalation from floor to WorkplaceCampus Communication Distribution Lists Updating and verifying new joiners’ inclusion accurately in Distribution Lists IT Peripherals Management Inventory check and restocking of headset Handling IT Peripherals replacement request from employees Staffs Benefits Management To source/order gifting based on given budget and arrange delivery to the staff (Newborn, Bereavement, Get well fruits basket gifting to employees)
