Job Description

Job Responsibilities:1. Business Communication: Conduct fluent oral and written communication with management, overseas clients; answer English calls, receive visitors and provide on-site interpretation; coordinate cross-cultural differences.2. English Document Handling: Draft and proofread English business documents (emails, minutes, correspondence, etc.); complete accurate Chinese-English document translation; sort out and file bilingual files.3. Meeting & Schedule Coordination: Arrange bilingual schedules, meetings and business trips for leaders; prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and follow up on resolutions; coordinate cross-time zone meetings.4. Itinerary & Daily Affairs: Plan domestic and international itineraries (including tickets, hotels, and visas) for leaders; assist with daily office affairs and bilingual expense reimbursement.5. Administrative Support: Collect overseas industry information and compile bilingual reports; provide translation support for all departments; complete other temporary tasks assigned.Qualifications:1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above; 1-3 years relevant experience preferred.2. Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing; proficient in business English and accurate translation.3. Office Skills: Proficient in Office software (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook); familiar with electronic file management.4. Professional Quality: Good cross-cultural awareness, carefulness, sense of responsibility and execution; excellent communication skills, business etiquette and confidentiality awareness.5. Others: Able to adapt to occasional flexible work; basic business reception ability and good image preferred.
