Job Title: Admin Specialist - SASLocation: Basra - Abi Al KhaseebAbout the Job: The Admin Specialist is responsible for overseeing and managing the administrative functions of the company and department. Main duties & responsibilities:1. Managing staff: Admin Specialist will be responsible for supervising and managing a team of administrative staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring that work is completed efficiently and accurately2. Budgeting: Admin Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing budgets for admin department and ensuring that spending is within budgetary limits.3. Planning and coordinating Admin Specialist will be responsible for planning and coordinating administrative activities, such as meetings, travel arrangements, and special events per the company policy.4. Reporting: Admin Specialist will be responsible for preparing and presenting reports on administrative activities to senior management and/or stakeholders.5. Record-keeping Admin Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and updating records, databases, and other administrative systems, and ensuring that information is accurate and up to date. 6. Policy development Admin Specialist will be involved in the development of policies and procedures related to administrative functions and ensuring that they are compliant with relevant company regulations and laws.7. Keeps an accurate record of admin inventory levels such as stationary, office supplies, housekeeping and cleaning consumables, by performing regular stock counts and maintains records for inventory received, released, returned, and/or disposed.8. Admin Specialist will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for junior and janitorial administrative staff and ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.9. Overall, a Admin Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring that company's administrative functions run smoothly and efficiently, and that the organization can meet its goals and objectives.Required Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred.2+ years of experience in administrative roles.Must be at an advanced level in the English language.Computer skills are required.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Customer service orientation.
