Advize’s team has expanded its model of coding and billing audits to review fraud through Big-4 Data Analytics and OIG best practices. The company offers a range of services including record retrieval, secure file uploads, audit management, overpayment recovery, and legal support. Records are securely stored and purged in accordance with HIPAA recommendations. Advize ensures high-quality audits and detailed reporting with experienced and credentialed auditors. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Administrative Specialist. The Administrative Specialist will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, providing customer service, and assisting in finance-related activities. The specialist will handle communication with clients and team members, conduct record retrieval and secure file uploads, and support audit management and quality assurance. Additionally, they will prepare reports and assist in overpayment recovery and legal support functions.
