About The RoleReporting directly to the Administration Lead, we are seeking a highly organised Administrator to join our Engineering team at our Darra facility. The main purpose of this exciting role is to support the Engineering Team in progressing projects and day-to-day activities to provide an exceptional experience for all stakeholders. This is a fast-paced role which requires a high level of organisation, problem solving and multi-tasking all within tight timeframes. The successful person will have exceptional Excel skills and be comfortable managing a variety of functions, finding solutions to unexpected challenges that arise, yet remain totally committed to helping the Engineering team succeed.Your ResponsibilitiesAssist the engineering team in managing projects and activities by:Raising orders, liaising with suppliers and special invoices as requiredContinually seek out and suggest process improvementsRespond to incoming communications in a timely manner, while ensuring a high standard of customer careAssistance in financial reportingBy Nature, You Will Preferably HaveExceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholdersIntermediate to Advanced Excel along with accurate data entry skills is criticalSAP Experience is highly desirableProven experience within an admin/clerical environmentA high level of attention to detail with the drive to manage things through to completionSelf-motivation with exceptional organisation and administrative skills, with the ability to work well independently and as part of a teamAbout ECOLABEcolab is the global leader in water, hygiene and services.
