The Administration Officer will provide administrative support and perform specific and general administrative duties to support the Qube Team.Key responsibilities:Office Management: Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence, and maintaining office records and files. Record Keeping: Organizing and archiving documents, both physical and digital, and ensuring data integrity. Travel Arrangements: Booking flights, accommodations, and other travel-related logistics. Office Supply Management: Ordering and maintaining office supplies and PPE supplies and ensuring the proper functioning of office equipment. Support to Staff: Providing general support to staff members, such as answering questions, assisting with tasks, and ensuring a positive work environment. Financial Support: Processing of accounts payable invoices, expense tracking, and other financial tasks. Communication: Serving as a point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, handling communications and ensuring clear and concise information flow. About you:Previous experience as an Administrator within a logistics, resources, construction, or similar industry (particularly in a site-based role) would be highly regarded. Minesite administration experience is highly regarded. High level of organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure to meet business critical deadlines and deliver resultsProfessional interpersonal and organisational skills and able to work independently as well as part of a team and build relationships. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven experience with phone communications. Able to provide a National Police Clearance. On OfferSupportive team environmentFIFO 8/6 Roster ex.
