Role Description The Administrator role at Food Frost is a full-time, on-site position based in Gateshead. The Administrator will handle day-to-day operational tasks, including managing office day to day, maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with team members as well as Human rescources. You will ensure the smooth execution of administrative tasks and support the overall efficiency of the organisation. Qualifications Proficiency in administrative tasks, including documentation, scheduling, and record managementStrong organizational and time management abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar toolsProblem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with the food distribution or catering industry is preferredAbility to work independently and collaborate with team members effectively
