Fire Door Joiners Needed – Glasgow & Central BeltApply below after reading through all the details and supporting information regarding this job opportunity.CNX Recruitment are currently looking for competent and experienced joiners across Glasgow and the Central Belt for ongoing fire door installation and maintenance work.This is long-term work with excellent rates for tradespeople who can deliver high-quality installations in line with current fire safety standards.The RoleYou’ll be responsible for the installation, adjustment, and maintenance of fire doors in both occupied and unoccupied commercial and residential buildings.Work Will IncludeFull door set installations and replacementsUpgrading existing doors to meet BM TRADA Q-Mark standardsEnsuring compliance with fire stopping, intumescent seals, smoke seals, ironmongery, and gap tolerancesCompleting accurate installation and maintenance records as requiredWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience fitting and maintaining fire doors (minimum 2 years preferred)Valid BM TRADA Q-Mark or equivalent fire door installer certificationGood understanding of current fire safety regulations and passive fire protection standardsAbility to identify and rectify non-compliant doors and componentsOwn tools, PPE, and transportCheckable references from recent fire door projectsPay & Details£23.00 – £24.00 per hour (CIS or PAYE available)Work available across Glasgow, Edinburgh, and the Central BeltOngoing, long-term projects with consistent weekly hoursIf you take pride in quality, compliant work and hold the correct certification, CNX Recruitment can offer stable, well-paid, long-term opportunities with trusted contractors across Scotland.To ApplyPlease submit an up to date CV or call Jason on (phone number removed)
