About the RoleReview existing operational processes, practices and procedures to evade duplication of work and maximize utilization of resource for value-added output, such as establishing an effective tracking and monitoring system to automate daily task and enhance work transparency.ResponsibilitiesCompile/peruse monthly reports; study irregularities and identify its underlying root cause and thereafter proposing and developing any possible solutions and rectifications.Monitor procurement-related matter and Process to ensure departmental expenditure is kept within budgets and work or product quality is of expected standard.Check and verify departmental overtime and night maintenance claim, medical claim, petty cash claim, supplier invoice and quotation (if any); highlight incompliance to superior for further inquiry and rectification.Assist in recruitment process and ensure employment of new hires are processed on time and met with corporate requirements and legal stipulations.Tight monitoring on attendance and leave management of departmental staff to ensure adherence to company policy and requirement.QualificationsDegree / Diploma holder in Business Administration, Quality Management, Hospitality or any related disciplines.Preferably at least 2-year experience in handling administrative or secretarial work.Proactive and self motivated.Able to manage multi-tasking independently with minimum supervision in a dynamic environment.
