Join our team and be part of a company shaping futures in global education.Role Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Admission & Conversion Officer to play a pivotal role in our students' success stories. This position is the backbone of the student journey at EDUEX. You will be exclusively supporting British and European students throughout their UK university admission process. As the primary point of contact for these applicants, you will guide them through every step with expertise and care. Your focus will be on providing exceptional, tailored support to minimize drop-outs and maximize conversion rates, ensuring students not only receive offers but also successfully enrol.Key Responsibilities:End-to-End Student Guidance: Manage a portfolio of students from the point of application through to final enrolment, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.Interview & Test Preparation: Proactively coach and prepare students for university interviews and internal English tests, with a strong focus on speaking skills.Logistics Coordination: Schedule and book interviews, tests, and other necessary appointments for students, providing timely reminders and support.Multi-Layer Communication: Maintain daily, proactive communication with students through various channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, etc.) to keep them engaged, informed, and motivated.Zero Drop-Out Goal: Implement strategic follow-up routines to identify at-risk students, address their concerns, and provide solutions to prevent drop-offs.Conversion & Enrolment: Drive the conversion of conditional offers into firm acceptances and ultimately into successful enrolment, achieving high conversion rate targets.Relationship Building: Build strong, trusting relationships with students, acting as a reliable advisor and the face of EDUEX throughout their journey.Qualifications:Bachelor Degree in any discipline Candidates with an English-medium educational background will be given priority.Required Skills:Highly organized with an impeccable ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.1-2 years Prior experience in the education sector, particularly in UK university admissions or counselling.Exceptional English verbal communication skills, with a proficiency equivalent to an IELTS Speaking band score of 7.0 or higher.Personal experience with the IELTS/TOEFL tests, especially in achieving a high speaking score.We highly encourage Exceptional written communication skills.Proactive, results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving conversion targets.Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and common communication platforms.Fresh graduates are also welcome who can demonstrate the required communication skill a natural aptitude for guidance, and a passion for education to apply.What We Offer:A competitive salary and performance-based incentives.A rewarding career where you directly impact students' futures.Comprehensive training and professional development opportunities.A supportive and collaborative team environment.How to Apply:If you are passionate about education and possess the drive to guide students to success, please Apply via Linkedin, Journeymaker or Send your CV and a brief cover letter explaining why you’re the perfect fit for the Admission & Conversion Officer role to: hr@eduex.co.ukLearn more about us at: www.eduex.co.ukPlease DO NOT Apply If: You are looking for a short-term role rather than a long-term commitment.You have not read or fully understood the responsibilities of this position.You are currently committed to another job or full-time study that may affect your performance.
