Admissions Manager Job ProfilePurpose of RoleWe are seeking a passionate and strategic Admissions Manager to lead the educational centre’s enrolment and retention strategy. This is a key leadership position within the centre, responsible not only for achieving ambitious admissions targets but also for ensuring that every family’s journey reflects the centre’s educational values and community spirit.Successful candidate will collaborate closely with academic leaders, faculty, and administrative departments to ensure that the admissions process fully represents the centre’s pedagogical vision and commitment to excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesAdmissions Strategy & Delivery Lead the design and implementation of the educational centre’s admissions policies and procedures to achieve enrolment and retention objectives, in alignment with its mission and strategic priorities.Educational PartnershipWork together with teachers and the Senior Leadership Team to communicate the centre’s educational philosophy, academic pathways, and student support structures to prospective families.Prospective Family EngagementAdvise and support parents throughout their admissions journey, presenting the centre’s programmes, teaching approach, and community life with professionalism and warmth. Manage the end-to-end admissions process — from presenting the centre’s programmes and community to nurturing the sales funnel — ensuring an excellent family experience, customer service, negotiation, and objection handling, while using tailored commercial scripts for each buyer persona and managing parent communications effectively.Sales & Conversion ManagementOversee lead management and conversion activities, from enquiry and tour to enrolment, using a consultative and service-oriented approach. Guide prospects from initial enquiry through to enrolment using the appropriate commercial mechanisms to nurture relationships and successfully convert opportunities into new enrolments.Collaboration with MarketingPartner with the marketing team to align messaging, promote events, and create engaging campaigns that showcase student achievements and learning experiences.Customer Experience & RetentionDesign and implement initiatives that elevate family satisfaction and retention, ensuring students and parents feel welcomed, supported, and valued as part of the school community.Community Relations (B2B & Internal PR)Build and nurture strategic relationships with key organisations to strengthen the centre’s reputation, support recruitment and retention, and expand its network. Proactively leverage these partnerships to generate new opportunities.Data-Driven Decision-MakingUse CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to monitor leads, track conversion rates, and identify opportunities to optimise performance. Analyse trends and insights from the data to inform strategy, implement targeted follow-up actions, segment prospects effectively, and produce regular reports on pipeline health, sales performance, and conversion metrics to support continuous improvementEvents & School RepresentationPlan, organise, and deliver a range of events - including open days, parent sessions, recruitment and retention initiatives (virtual and in-person), and admissions meetings - in collaboration with academic and administrative teams.
