Through strong partnerships with leading institutions, upGrad GSP provides students with high-quality guidance and seamless pathways to reputable universities in Australia.Role SummaryThe position plays an important part not only in the coordination between the Agents (Educational Consultant Agency) and the Global Institution Partners (B2B) in processing documents to make sure students can start their studies as planned. You also support the development of upGrad Global Research Partners (upGrad GSP) brand profiles and appeal in the Territory.Roles & ResponsibilitiesVerifying documentation obtained from Agency Partners and submitting it to institutions to receive the Offer Letter in due time Constantly follow up and report all application’s related issues or requests and give detailed instructions to Agency Partners Support the application to the final stages so Agency Partners can proceed with student’s visa submission Support the Agency Partners in any related issue with the students until they enrolled at the institutionAttend trainings with the Institution Partners and update within the Admissions Team Support the Admission Leader/Line Manager in the review, planning and implementation of all Admissions-related processes and activities. Other tasks as assigned by the Leader/Line Manager Skills RequiredStrong learning mindset, logical thinking, and openness to feedback Customer service orientation with high responsibility and attention to detail Good communication and explanation skills in both English & Vietnamese Effective time and workload management Knowledge of overseas study/student placement is a plus Good in communication, explanation, and customer orientationCompensation & Benefits:15 annual leave days + public holidays.100% salary in the probation period.Employment Type: Full-time.Working Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM (Monday – Friday).Location: 170 Tran Quang Khai, Tan Dinh ward, HCMC
