This individual will play a key leadership role in daily operations, caregiver recruitment, staffing, and client relations, ensuring high-quality care and seamless service delivery. 🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and team workflowOversee human resources, CHHA recruitment, and credentialingLead onboarding/orientation and ensure complianceStaff and coordinate client cases across territoriesHandle new client inquiries and support outside recruitment effortsParticipate in on-call phone rotation (as needed)🎯 Compensation & Incentives: Base Salary: Starts at $60,000Bonus Structure: KPI incentives tied to CHHA onboarding and care hour goals✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:
