About Adventum TechAdventum Tech is a rapidly growing deep-tech company specializing in real-time structural monitoring systems for critical civil infrastructure. Our sensors and digital platforms (like SlabControl 5. 0, LiveLoad, and TempSense) empower contractors, governments, and developers to build safer, smarter, and more sustainable infrastructure—bridges, wind farms, tunnels, and high-rises. As we expand globally, we’re looking for an exceptional Head of Sales to lead our international sales strategy and drive commercial success. Role OverviewThe Head of Sales will take full ownership of Adventum Tech’s sales pipeline and revenue generation.

You will be responsible for developing high-impact go-to-market strategies, managing regional sales managers, building relationships with global EPCs, infrastructure clients, and public authorities, and expanding our presence in Europe, the Middle East, and North America. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute an international sales strategy aligned with Adventum Tech’s growth goals. Build and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a results-driven culture. Identify, qualify, and close deals with infrastructure asset owners, general contractors, and engineering consultants. Define pricing strategies and value propositions across sectors (bridges, wind, rail, real estate, etc. ).

Collaborate with the CEO, product, and marketing teams to tailor offerings to client needs. Represent Adventum Tech at global trade fairs, conferences, and pitch competitions. Report on KPIs, forecast revenue, and provide market intelligence. Qualifications5+ years of experience in B2B technical sales, ideally in construction tech, infrastructure, or IoT systems. Strong knowledge of infrastructure projects, civil engineering workflows, and public procurement is a major plus. Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles from prospecting to closing. Experience in international sales markets (EU, MENA, North America). Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus). Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
