Sigma Digital Nusantara is seeking a creative and analytical Advertiser Akuisisi to drive the growth of our advertising network. This role is pivotal in identifying, approaching, and building partnerships with potential advertisers, while developing effective acquisition strategies to maximize campaign performance and business growth.Job DescriptionManage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms, with a strong focus on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).Develop advertising strategies aligned with campaign objectives (brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, or conversion).Conduct audience research and market segmentation to define precise ad targeting.Monitor daily ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, Conversion Rate, etc.) and perform regular optimizations.Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad materials (copywriting, visuals, videos) that align with campaign strategies.Execute A/B testing to identify the most effective ad combinations.Prepare performance reports and provide insights and strategic recommendations based on data analysis.Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital advertising and platform algorithms (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.) to maintain campaign effectiveness.Job SpecificationMinimum 1–2 years of experience in digital advertising or performance marketing.Proficient in digital advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and similar tools.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret ad performance data for strategic decision-making.Solid understanding of marketing funnels, audience targeting, and conversion tracking (Pixel, UTM, etc.).Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with data and numbers.Strong collaboration skills, able to work effectively with creative and marketing teams to achieve campaign goals.Adaptive to the latest digital trends and quick to learn new advertising strategies.Results-driven with excellent problem-solving abilities.
