Advertising Manager

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Google Ads Marketing Manager to join our growing team.About the Role:We're looking for a marketing professional who can drive our digital presence forward through strategic campaign management and creative excellence. You'll be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, combining technical expertise with creative thinking.Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROIManage and grow our social media marketing presence across multiple platformsLead creative marketing initiatives and develop compelling campaign conceptsOversee and maintain our product catalogue, ensuring accuracy and optimizationAnalyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvementWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Marketing (BBA Marketing) OR 3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketingDemonstrated expertise in Google Ads management and optimizationStrong understanding of social media marketing strategiesCreative mindset with the ability to develop engaging marketing contentFluent in English (written and verbal communication)Analytical skills with experience in campaign performance trackingSelf-motivated with excellent project management abilitiesRequired QualificationsTo be considered for this essential role, candidates must meet the following non-negotiable criteria:Education: Minimum of a Graduate Degree in Marketing with 2-3 years of work experience with leading firm.Language: Must be fully fluent in English (both written and verbal communication).Location: Karachi (Based)Shift: Night Shift (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM)Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site Job)Compensation & OpportunitySalary: Competitive compensation package ranging from 150,000 to 200,000 PKR, Plus One Annual Bonus. The salary package is negotiable based on your specific knowledge and experience.
