AnalystWhat You’ll DoServe as the first point of contact for Small and Medium Business (SMB) clients, building relationships and ensuring a best-in-class customer experience.Manage a portfolio of advertisers and drive revenue growth through consultative sales and campaign optimization.Contact existing clients via calls and emails to understand their marketing goals and recommend solutions that align with their objectives.Identify client needs, suggest appropriate ad products or services, and guide them through campaign setup and optimization.Partner with internal teams to resolve issues, enhance advertiser satisfaction, and meet operational KPIs.Stay informed on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to provide proactive recommendations.Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to maximize ROI for clients.Maintain high-quality standards, timely follow-ups, and accurate documentation of client interactions.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and meet performance targets.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and productivity platforms (G Suite, Excel/Google Sheets).Deep understanding of social media advertising platforms and campaign performance metrics.Empathy-driven communicator with a passion for helping customers succeed.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.This is a hybrid role based in Atlanta, GAMinimum Qualifications1+ years of experience in digital advertising, sales, or customer success.Preferred QualificationsExperience managing SMB accounts in a digital or social media environment.Familiarity with advertising campaign optimization, performance reporting, and data-driven insights.High affinity for social media and awareness of cultural trends in the supported market.Strong sales aptitude with the ability to empathize with clients and deliver against targets.Prior experience in outbound calling or client retention strategies.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
