We’re expanding our marketing team and looking for someone creative, confident, and camera-ready to help grow our online presence.Role DescriptionThis is a 1099 independent contractor position for a Social Media Marketing Director. The role involves creating engaging short-form video content (TikToks, Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.) featuring our vehicles, dealership team, and customer experiences. You’ll work closely with our management team to plan and execute social media strategies that increase visibility, engagement, and leads across all platforms.Responsibilities include:Filming and editing TikToks, Instagram Reels, and short videos highlighting new arrivals and featured unitsManaging and posting content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTubeBrainstorming creative ideas to showcase our cars, dealership culture, and promotionsAnalyzing engagement metrics and adjusting content for maximum reachMaintaining consistent brand voice and style across all platformsBeing camera-ready and comfortable speaking or appearing in videosQualificationsExperience with social media marketing, content creation, or video editing (preferred but not required)Comfortable on camera and confident with storytelling and presentationStrong knowledge of current social media trends, hashtags, and audience engagement tacticsReliable, creative, and self-motivated with a good sense of humor and attention to detailMust have a smartphone or camera capable of recording high-quality videosValid driver’s license and ability to travel to the dealership as neededCompensationPay is negotiable — can be structured hourly or per dayThis is a 1099 independent contractor positionCONTACT US AT 770-881-5984.
