Advertising Specialist (Dutch)

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, an international company operating in the IT Sales sector.• Online recruitment process - (phone call and video interview)• Remote position within the territory of BulgariaAbout your role:We are seeking an Advertising Specialist to join a fast-paced IT Sales environment. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional experienced in building client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and effectively managing leads throughout the sales funnel. You will engage with potential B2B clients across multiple communication channels, applying a consultative sales approach and contributing to long-term business growth.What you will do:• Manage inbound and outbound B2B sales activities across phone, email, video, and social media.• Identify and engage decision-makers using Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools.• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, moving prospects through the funnel.• Document all interactions in the CRM system.• Qualify leads and hand over to the onboarding team.• Track performance against daily, monthly, and quarterly targets.• Follow defined SLAs and sales cadences.What we’re looking for: • Dutch at C2 level • English at B2 level • 1.5–2 years of sales experience (tech or digital advertising preferred).• Strong knowledge of business development and lead qualification.• Proven ability to grow customer investment and identify high-potential opportunities.• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced IT Sales environment.• Digital advertising knowledge is an advantage.What you will gain:• Base salary: 2,168.90 EUR gross per month.• Quarterly performance bonus: up to 1,537,20 EUR gross.• Monthly transportation and internet allowance.• Life-event bonuses (marriage, birth/adoption, graduation).• Employer-covered health and dental care plan.• Life insurance.• Multisport card option.RELOCATION PACKAGE FOR CANDIDATES FROM ABROAD!Are you ready to take the next step in your sales career?
