Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.- Monitor, analyze, and report on key metrics to evaluate effectiveness and ROI.- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop ad creatives and copy that align with brand goals.- Stay updated on trends, best practices, and platform updates in digital advertising.Requirements:- 1–2 years of proven experience in managing paid campaigns on social media and Google Ads.- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and other tracking tools.- Solid understanding of campaign strategy, A/B testing, and performance optimization.- Excellent communication and organizational skills.- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).What We Offer:- Competitive and market-aligned compensation (salary will be discussed after the interview).- Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.- Opportunities to work with dynamic clients and innovative projects.
