Advertising Specialist (French)

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Bulgaria included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Bulgarian employer.Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (Hybrid model – remote on a case-by-case basis)Starting Date: 2 March 2026Base Salary: 1840.65 EUR gross/monthPerformance Bonus: up to 1537.20 EUR gross/monthAbout the Role:We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Advertising Specialist to join the team in a fast-paced IT sales environment. This position is ideal for professionals experienced in digital advertising and B2B sales who are confident in building relationships, identifying business opportunities, and managing leads throughout the sales funnel.You will work closely with business clients across multiple communication channels, applying a consultative sales approach to qualify leads and support long-term partnerships.If you have experience in digital sales, lead generation, and CRM systems — we would love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound B2B sales activities via phone, email, video calls, and social media.Identify and engage alternative decision-makers using tools such as Sales Navigator and other lead generation platforms.Maintain and actively manage a healthy sales pipeline.Accurately document all customer and prospect interactions in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce or similar).Qualify leads and smoothly transition them to the onboarding team.Track and report on daily, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics.Follow defined response-time SLAs and sales cadence requirements.What We’re Looking For:Minimum 1.5–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the tech or digital advertising sector.Fluency in French (min C2 level) and strong English communication skills (minimum B2 level).Strong understanding of business development, lead generation, and qualification methodologies.Proven ability to identify high-potential opportunities and grow client investment over time.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work independently in a dynamic, evolving IT sales environment.Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.Knowledge of digital advertising solutions.What We Offer:Competitive base salary + attractive performance-based bonus (paid quarterly).Monthly transportation/internet allowance.Bonus for important life events (marriage, birth/adoption of a child, university graduation).Additional health and dental care plan (fully covered by the employer).Life insurance.Voluntary Multisport Card.Hybrid working model.Clear career growth opportunities within an international organization.Note: EU citizenship or full working rights are required!!Apply today by submitting your CV in English, including your full name, contact information, and email address.Real Recruitment Solutions - we are a recruitment agency that will help you go with the process of your interviews.
