ResponsibilitiesResearch, identify, qualify and prospect for potential new clients and secure new business.Prospecting for new client relationships via phone, networking and door-to-door contact and communicationUnderstand and manage commercial real estate transactions from inception to completion.Develop an understanding of market trends, absorption, and the underlying metrics used to analyze real estate markets.Track and record activity within the company’s CRM, Salesforce.Manage meetings with prospects, draft documentation and understand and present corresponding financial analysis.Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market trends.QualificationsAlberta commercial real estate licenseBachelor’s Degree or DesignationStrong work ethic and desire to work in a commission-based environmentHighly motivated, driven to succeed and have exceptional sales and negotiation skillsDesire to make occupier-focused real estate a careerCommunicate clearly with attention to detail and accuracyExcellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasksAssertive, resourceful, focused, innovative and a motivated self-starter.
