UI/UX DesignerJob Description:- Design and create intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web, apps and digital materials.- Design and deliver user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to guide the design process- Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and brand consistency across all digital products- Create responsive designs that work well across different screen sizes- Develop high-fidelity UI designs that align with our brand style and visual guidelines- Responsible for design of images (web, mobile) and part of the visual operation promotion, design of banners, logo, gif, etc.- Prioritizing workloads and coordinating multiple ongoing projects in the same time- Ensure produce and deliver consistent, high-quality and timely delivery throughout the process.Requirements:- Minimum 3 years and above experience as UX/UI Designer or similar role- Bachelor Degree and above in Multimedia Design, Web Design or related field- Strong skills in visual design, typography, layout, color, and imagery.- Proficient in design software: Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma (mandatory requirement) etc.- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines- Attention to detail, strong technical skills, and creative problem solving- Able to work independently and work as a team player
