As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining trusting relationships with travel agents, corporate and other related commercial agencies. You will also be responsible to negotiate contracts and promote products & services.

Develop Key accounts to improve and protect AEGEAN´s position in terms of revenue growth and market shareEstablish sales strategy in collaboration with the Sales Manager for key accountsIdentify and secure new business opportunities and new prospect accountsNurture relationships with assigned accountsEnsure that business partners have an up to date knowledge about AEGEAN´s product, services and scheduleRetain cooperation with indoor sales to improve sales efficiencyIdentify key contacts for each sale accountNegotiate and close agreements with trade partners using guidelinesAnalyze assigned accounts and collect market’s and competitor’s informationRepresent company at familiarization trips, trade shows and workshopsYou fit, if you cover the following requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Tourism will be considered an assetFluency in oral and written Greek and EnglishGood knowledge of Microsoft OfficeGood Knowledge of any GDS will be considered an assetAnd you have competence in: Communicating and presenting ideas in an effective mannerMaking customers and their needs a primary focusWorking effectively both independently and as a member of a teamNegotiatingThinking in an analytical & proactive wayStriving for the best results for the company’s business needsIf you pursue your career journey with Aegean, on top of a challenging job, we offer:
