We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing employee documentation, handling administrative HR tasks, and ensuring compliance with Latvian labor law. You will also take ownership of our HRIS (BambooHR), continuously improving its functionality and user experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and manage employment contracts and documentation for new and existing employeesMaintain and update employee records in BambooHR and ensure data accuracyHandle day-to-day HR administrative tasks and employee changesServe as the point of contact for labor law-related matters, ensuring compliance with Latvian legislationCollaborate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate employee data transferContinuously improve HR processes and workflows, especially within the HRISSupport audits and reporting requirements as neededWork closely with managers and employees to resolve HR-related queriesRequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR roleProven experience working with Horizon.
