Key ResponsibilitiesOrder & Delivery ManagementReceive and review customer orders, enter into SAP/systemVerify product specifications, codes, quantities, and delivery datesCheck credit limits, track shipments, and resolve order issuesManage outbound schedules, handle delays and mis-shipmentsOrder Meeting (Showroom Management)Check and display samples for AFA SS/FW order sessionsRepack and manage inventory after each sessionHandle MX and helmet samples, arrange re-send to HQManage helmet safety inspection and KC certification dataKey Account ManagementRespond promptly to client requests and collect account informationGather customer feedback and SIS/PS sales dataSupport regular meetings with key partners to strengthen partnershipsCommunicate and coordinate with Global HQSupport other sports channels and contribute to overall sales expansionData & ReportingPrepare detailed shipment reports and monthly sales by accountAnalyze sales, stock, and order trends to provide insightsMonitor KPIs and propose improvement actionsPresent future project and improvement plansCross-functional CollaborationCoordinate with logistics, finance, marketing, and merchandising teamsSupport promotions and new product launchesManage issue resolution with relevant departmentsContract & Negotiation SupportPrepare documents related to contract terms and negotiationsSupport contract alignment with ManagerProcess & ComplianceSuggest and implement process improvements and efficienciesEnsure compliance with internal policies and regulationsManage account settlements and contract riskRequirementsBachelor’s degree or aboveExperience in fashion distribution (direct store operation & vendor management preferred)Proficiency in SAP, ERP, and Excel/Power BIStrong communication and collaboration skillsAnalytical mindset with data-driven insight generationPreferredFluent in English (capable of communicating with Global HQ)Experience in sales and merchandising (buying/planning)Strong understanding of sports, fashion, and retail industry
