We are proud members of global and regional organizations, including ForbesBLK and the United Nations SDG Ambassadors.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time, remote role for an Affiliate Business Consultant located in South Africa. As a TESC Affiliate Business Consultant, you will not be an employee of the firm but rather an equitable business partner, collaborating with other professionals within our structures or working independently in executing client projects and consultations. You will own a share percentage of the revenue that will be generated by the project and may even earn additional royalties should the project generate recurring profits. You will be notified ahead of time of projects that align with your particular set of skills, expertise and experience and will get to choose the projects you want to take on. Key responsibilities:Business Consulting - You will help clients; establish businesses, solve dynamic business problems as well as grow their businesses and or optimise their value.Business Planning - You will contribute your skills and expertise in assisting clients in developing comprehensive business plans for businesses spanning a wide variety of industries.Business Strategy Development - You will work closely with clients and project partners in developing various strategies to; grow clients' businesses, optimise operations as well as solve business problems. These strategies include; Business growth strategy, Market Entry Strategy, Competitive Strategy, Sustainability Strategy, Innovation Strategy, Operational Strategy, Brand Strategy, Customer Experience Strategy, Sales & Marketing Strategy, Partnership & Collaboration Strategy & Crisis Management Strategy)Minimum requirementsA 3 year university degree in any fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and address business challengesEffective communication skills to facilitate clear and professional client interactionsBasic knowledge of financial analysis and related methodologiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, client-focused environmentDemonstrated use of learned skills and expertise is slightly favourable (i.e. Internship, graduate program, small business, volunteering, etc.)Curriculum Vitae (CV)/Resume & Cover letter (No AI generated cover letters will be accepted)
