Affiliate Marketing Manager

If helping travel companies boost their direct channel with zero-risk, performance-based strategies sounds exciting, keep reading. Affilired is looking for a Remote Affiliate Marketing Manager to manage and optimize affiliate programs that drive validated bookings for hotels, airlines, and travel brands across the globe.  You will work under the guidance of our Global Operations Coordinator and collaborate closely with the Account Management Department to launch, scale, and enhance multichannel CPA campaigns for leading global clients. About Affilired Affilired is a leading digital company specializing in driving commission-based direct sales for major travel brands worldwide. Headquartered in Spain and with teams across the Americas and APAC, we manage campaigns for hundreds of brands. Responsibilities: Set up affiliate programs for clients across multiple networks including CJ, Awin, Impact, TradeTracker, and others. Launch, monitor, and optimize offers across affiliate platforms. Ensure all program details, creative assets, and tracking information remain up to date. Validate sales and monitor campaign performance to ensure accuracy. Manage incoming publisher inquiries and support affiliates. Oversee smooth operational workflows across all assigned affiliate programs. Collaborate with internal teams to implement campaign updates efficiently.  Requirements: At least 1 year of experience working directly on affiliate campaigns, either on the network or agency side. Experience working with one or several affiliate platforms and technologies (Awin, CJ, Partnerize, Impact, etc.) it is a strong PLUS. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Highly organized and efficient, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Minimum languages: English / Spanish. Additional languages will be considerred as a plus. What we offer: A positive, supportive, and international work environment Ongoing training and professional development Competitive salary Permanent position Working hours: Mon –Friday.
