Click here for more information about Global Travel Collection.ResponsibilitiesARC Debit Memo Specialist is responsible to process Debit Memos and makes sure rebill them to advisorsaccurately and on a timely matter. Maintain good relationship with travel advisors to make sure they are satisfiedwith service and Debit Memo reporting provided as well as other requests and ticket inquires.Essential Duties And Responsibilities Manual Data Entry of Airline Memo Adjustments onto Agresso ARC Sales Report Reconciliation of AMBR Imported Adjustments onto Agresso ARC Sales Report Reconciliation and Agent Billing of Override Deductions Manage AMBR Service Desk Tickets Manage In-House Agents and Independent Advisor Disputes to Carriers User Maintenance (New, Modification and Termination) Research of Airline Memos (via Agency Back Office and GDS) Manage In-House Agents and Independent Advisor Disputes to Carriers Management of Standard ARC and Alternative Payment Methods for Airline Memos Reconciliation of Override Deductions Management of Monthly Independent Advisor Billing (via Agent Commission Statement Process) Submission of Error Reporting and Ticketing Trends to Training and Operations) Triage AMBR Service Desk Tickets End User Support (Troubleshooting and Escalation)Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Travel/Hospitality Must have exceptional customer service skills and ability to identify advisor needs and perform thenecessary tasks to keep them satisfied Strong interpersonal and communications skills (both oral and written) Ability to meet tight deadlines while ensuring data integrity and working in a fast-paced environment Understanding of Airline Debit Memo process, financial data, and business processes Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Required to be diligent and to perform the tasks with high attention to detail Strong organizational skills and detail oriented Ability to prioritize and multi-task and work well under pressure Experience with IAR, Sabre, NetSuite and TravCom AMBR is a plusPay And BenefitsOur benefit offerings include medical insurance, meal tickets, transportation allowance , paid time off, discounted employee travel options, access to LinkedIn Learning webinars and courses.The salary range on this job posting/advertising has been developed to give applicants a range based on the local market where the candidate would be working.
