About The TeamResponsible for managing programs and campaigns that drive growth for both creators and participating brands. The role involves designing program mechanics, planning GTM strategies, executing program rollouts, and monitoring performance to drive improvement.Job DescriptionDevelop and design program mechanics, including creating program creatives and communication materials.Plan and execute program launches, ensuring clear and effective communication with Key Account Managers, Creators and Brand partners.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Key Account Managers, Marketing, Business Intelligence, Business Development, and others to ensure smooth coordination and project execution.Monitor program performance, identify key challenges, and proactively develop contingency plans to address issues.Conduct data analysis to gain insights into creator behavior and challenges, and identify new growth opportunities.Requirements0–2 years of experience, preferably in Marketing, Business Development, Business Consultant or related field.Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills. Comfortable working with numbers and performing data-driven analysis.Demonstrates a growth mindset, takes ownership of projects, team player, organized, and results-oriented.Proficient in both Thai and English, with effective communication skills.Able to work in fast-paced and dynamic environment
