About The TeamResponsible for players, staytime, and PnL of Shopee GamesJob DescriptionGames Planning and Operation:Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of new game launches and feature updatesDrive data-informed strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and monetizationDesign A/B tests and provide data-backed insightsOptimize operational workflows and boost efficiency through process improvement and process automationCollaborate with the legal team on game-related legal mattersReview and approve monthly key visuals for all game campaignsWork with the customer service team to address user cases related to gamesGames ReportsOwn and drive weekly and monthly P&L analysis and performance trackingPrepare executive-level reports including business updates, and support ad hoc deep dives Collaborate with regional teams on strategy alignment and performance reviewsSpecial CampaignPartner with cross-functional teams to design and execute engaging, high-impact campaignsOperate in a fast-paced, agile environment with a focus on business resultsLeadershipAct as a coach and mentor to direct reports, supporting their career growth and developmentLead performance evaluations and individual development plansRequirementsMinimum 3 years of relevant experience (experience in gaming or digital engagement platforms is a plus).Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.Proven leadership and team development experience.Excellent communication skills across business, creative, and technical stakeholders.Strong analytical skills and business acumen to guide data-informed decision making.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and data-driven environment.Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable mindset.Fluent in English (written and verbal).
