Will ensure that the affordable housing program complies with landlord-tenant laws and HUD regulations. Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesCoordinates efforts to establish the management of rent, tenants, property maintenance and repairs, and HUD regulations. Provides effective and supportive leadership and supervision to apartment managers. Enforces occupancy policies and procedures.

Accomplishes financial objectives and establishes and operates efforts in sustainability and continuous quality improvement of program. Accepts and carries out special assignments or duties when requested. Skills And AbilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Basic knowledge of Federal Assisted Housing programs is preferred.
