After Sales Manager – Pumps & Rotating Equipment (Surabaya)

Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia, an executive recruitment company, is recruiting on behalf of a leading industrial solutions company specializing in pumps, turbines, and rotating equipment. As part of their business expansion, our client is seeking a highly skilled and driven After Sales Manager to lead after-sales operations, drive business growth, and ensure service excellence across Eastern Indonesia. The position will be based in Surabaya, Indonesia.Responsibilities:Overseeing overall after-sales and service operations in the assigned territories (East Java, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and Papua).Drive business development from installed pump bases, including replacement pumps, valves, annual maintenance contracts, and troubleshooting or repair services.Lead and support the after-sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver high-quality technical solutions to customers.Manage customer relationships with end users and distributors within key industries such as energy, cement, fertilizer, and general manufacturing.Oversee service operations, including project planning, resource allocation, and workshop coordination.Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and ensure accurate documentation of all after-sales activities.Collaborate with internal teams to maintain operational efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction.Evaluate market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion within assigned territories.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.Minimum 8–10 years of experience in after-sales, service, or sales management within the pumps, turbines, or rotating equipment industry.Proven track record in business development, customer management, and service delivery.Strong technical understanding of pump systems, rotating machinery, and industrial maintenance processes.Experience managing team.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Familiar with industrial markets such as energy, petrochemical, cement, and general industry.Willing to be based in Surabaya.
