The After Sales Service Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include processing service requests, coordinating with the technical team to resolve issues, following up with customers to ensure problems are resolved, and maintaining detailed records of service interactions.
