Job Description

After-Sales SpecialistRole OverviewOwn the customer experience after delivery: plan and execute commissioning, operator training, preventive maintenance, warranty handling, and spare-parts support. You’ll be the bridge between our customers, service partners, engineering, and sales—ensuring high uptime and repeat business.Key ResponsibilitiesCommission, test, and hand over equipment (Bitumen Emulsion/PMB Plants, Sprayers, Tanks, Pumps) on customer sites.Deliver on-site operator training; prepare quick guides and checklists.Diagnose mechanical/thermal oil/burner/hydraulic and basic electrical/PLC issues; perform repairs or coordinate field teams.Manage warranty claims end-to-end (RMA, root cause, corrective actions); minimize repeat faults.Create service plans (PM schedules), service quotes, and spare-parts BOMs; upsell service contracts.Use CRM/ERP to log cases, parts usage, labor, and closeouts; maintain service reports and commissioning dossiers.Support remote diagnostics, software updates, and parameter tuning (PLC/SCADA/HMI at a basic level).Provide customer feedback to Engineering and Product Management for continuous improvement.Coordinate with logistics for parts dispatch and with finance for warranty/chargeable works.QualificationsEducation: Mechanical/Mechatronics EngineeringExperience: Minimum 2–3 years in after-sales/service of industrial machinery (asphalt/bitumen, burners, boilers, pumps, process plants preferred).Technical Skills:Mechanical assemblies, pumps (gear/centrifugal), hydraulics, burners/boilers, thermal-oil systems.Basic electrical/automation (sensors, VFDs, PLC/HMI fundamentals, I/O checks).Reading P&IDs, wiring diagrams, exploded views; torque and alignment practices.Tools/Software: CRM/ERP (ODOO), MS Office, remote support apps.Languages: Fluent Turkish and English.Other: Class B driving licence, valid passport, willingness to travel domestically/internationally.Soft SkillsClear communicator, customer-centric, calm under pressure.Strong troubleshooting and root-cause mindset; structured documentation.Commercial awareness for service quotations and contract upselling.
