Additionally, the company holds ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certifications.Barkom Group is the leading manufacturer in Turkey for Diamond Drilling Equipment, offering the country’s most extensive range of products, including Core Drilling Rigs, Wireline and Solid Drill Rods, Casing Tubes, Reamers, and other accessories.Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer (Domestic & International) to join our team at our factory located in Malıköy Anadolu OSB, 30 Ağustos Cd. No:33, 06909 Sincan/Ankara. The selected candidate will be responsible for sales of rigs and equipment, improving customer relationships, and promoting Barkom Group’s products both domestically and internationally.Job Description:Plan, execute, and report domestic and international sales activities in line with company targets,Maintain the existing customer portfolio, enhance customer satisfaction, and actively pursue new customer acquisition,Conduct regular customer and site visits to strengthen relationships and gather feedback,Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals in line with customer requirements and follow up on the sales process,Coordinate sales contracts, order confirmations, shipment, and payment processes,Collaborate with production, planning, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders,Offer additional products or services to customers to increase sales volume and customer loyalty,Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in domestic and international markets,Manage after-sales support processes and monitor customer satisfaction,Represent the company professionally at trade fairs, seminars, and site visits,Develop regional sales strategies and provide recommendations to increase market share,Prepare monthly and annual sales performance reports and present them to management.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Mining, or Geological Engineering,Up to 3 years of experience in international sales or business development within OEMs, preferably in machinery or industrial equipment,Proficient in English (knowledge of an additional language is an advantage),Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills; proactive and results-oriented,Knowledgeable in international trade and global market dynamics.Location: Ankara, TurkeyEmployment Type: Full-timeQualified candidates are invited to apply by sending their CV to ik@barkomas.com.
