Job Description

Core Activities & AccountabilitiesTechnical support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers' technical problems and provide assistance with solar batteries and Invertors.Troubleshooting and repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair problems with solar system components, including panels, batteries, and other electrical equipment.Customer follow-up: Ensure customer issues are resolved satisfactorily by following up after service has been provided.Training: Train sales agents and other technicians on the proper operation and installation of solar products.Documentation: Document all work performed, including components used and actions taken.Customer education: Advise customers on the proper operation of their equipment and educate them on solar power solutions. Minimum Academic, Professional Qualifications & ExperienceGrade Twelve (12) CertificateDiploma in Electrical & Electronics or a related field.Core CompetenciesKnowledge of solar electrical systems i.e. Lithium Batteries and InvertersExperience with solar installation or electrical work is highly desirable.General CompetenciesCustomer ServiceStrong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skillsAnalytical abilities and attention to detail.DEADLINE: 26th November 2025.
