Factory Warehouse SupervisorJob Responsibilities:Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.Manage inventory control processes, ensuring accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock reconciliations.Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to procedures.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, liaising with transportation providers and other departments.Job Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision within a manufacturing or distribution environment.Proven experience with inventory management systems.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations (e.g., OSHA standards) and forklift operation certification preferred.
