This role will focus on developing and executing strategic initiatives to expand Sika's market presence in the AGR (auto glass replacement) and CBR (crash body repair) segments, driving revenue growth and market share expansion.Main function/responsibility/competenciesStrategic Planning & Business DevelopmentDevelop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for auto glass replacement and crash body repair aftermarket segmentsConduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, competitive landscape, and customer needsCreate and execute business plans with clear KPIs, timelines, and revenue targetsEstablish strategic partnerships with key distributors, installers, and service providersDrive new product development initiatives aligned with market demandsSales & Revenue GrowthAchieve annual sales revenue targets and market share objectivesBuild and maintain relationships with key accounts including auto glass shops, body repair centers, and distribution partnersDevelop pricing strategies that balance competitiveness with profitabilityLead negotiations for major contracts and strategic partnershipsMonitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when neededMarket Development & Customer EngagementIdentify and develop new customer segments within the aftermarketOrganize and participate in trade shows, technical seminars, and association events to promotePrepare the training to customers and distribution partners with Technical Service teamCollaborate with technical service teams to ensure product solutions meet market requirementsGather customer feedback to inform product development and improvement initiativesTeam Leadership & CollaborationLead cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and technical supportCollaborate with global aftermarket teams to leverage best practices and resourcesWork closely with supply chain and operations teams to ensure product availabilityCoordinate with the marketing team on promotional activities and brand positioningMentor and develop team members to build aftermarket expertise資格Qualifications:Minimum 7-10 years of experience in automotive aftermarket businessStrong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver high performance.
