Job ResponsibilityHandle inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally. Provide prompt, accurate solutions to all customer inquiries and issues. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and support. Adhere strictly to the companyâs customer service standards. Manage high call volumes with confidence and composure. Resolve customer complaints, offer timely solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, process customer accounts, and manage necessary documentation. Follow all communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies. Language Proficiency â Must be able to speak and read in both Malay and English. Customer Service Experience â Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory. Basic Computer Skills â Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer use. Strong Communication Skills â Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
