Agent Cargo Operations CGO

Task Responsibilities:Attend airside operations for unloading and loading of aircraftLoad planning by weight and balance of the flights according to company regulationsCo-ordinate, monitor & supervise special cargo handling and warehouse build-upCo-ordinate with Airport Authorities, stations, departments and ground handler on cargo operations mattersCo-ordinate loading plan with Sales and Reservation department and Ground HandlerCo-ordinate with outstations on space allotmentsCo-ordinate cargo irregularities with outstations, customers and ground handlerEnsure efficient of trucking arrangementUpdate shipment data into the computer systemHandle crew related mattersResolving all cargo-flight related issues with all concernedEssential Requirements For The Position:University graduate or equivalentFluent English in both spoken and writtenExperience in airline cargo handling will be an advantageProficient in MS Office applicationsValid driving licenseOverseas training requiredWilling to work on shift (day, night and overnight) as per rosterCan work independently and able to work under pressureWorking Conditions:It is a full-time temporary position (2-Year Contract) based in Zhengzhou.Vacation and other absences should be planned in a way so as to avoid conflicting with service and business requirements.Work on a shift basis.Flexibility may be needed with working hours.
