One customer, one family, one community at a time.About This RoleAs an Agent Sales Suport, in Sales, your role will be providing developing forecasts for the agent channel, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with other members of the sales team to deliver the forecasted sales numbers.Roles & ResponsibilitiesManaging agent sales by developing a sales forecast (Daily, Month wise) and plan to achieve forecast in given time.Overseeing the activities and performance at the ground level team.Coordinating with superior and create the promotional campaign.Track the promotion campaign and mobilize the resources available to achieve the goal for campaignDay to day marketing and promotional activities (Step in the street)Track the daily sales and mobilize accordingly to achieve the Agent Sales forecast.Responsible for giving regular feedback on brand performance and competitor’s activityReporting business trends and area of performance to the superiorWorking closely with the marketing team to produce any sales collateral required for the target marketConduct effective competitor and new product analysis to ensure strategic planningSource new business opportunities to appoint new agents Required to visit agent locations frequently and conduct sales briefing session with business partnersEstablish a good relationship with our Agents/Business partners to get the best possible result out of themPosition RequirementsAt least (2) years of experience in remittance and money exchange field or administrative areasEducation background of bachelor's degree or equivalentTenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching next potential agents/customersKnowledge of client engagement and Public Relations (PR)In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industryComfortable making calls and talking to new people whenever neededAbility to communicate with diverse groups of people professionally and confidentlyStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) or CRM/ Salesforce experience preferredExcellent verbal communication skills; able to demonstrate patience and enthusiasm while communicating with potential customers & Business partnersDemonstrated and proven sales resultsAble to converse fluently in English & Bahasa.
