Agent Training Specialist

Role DescriptionThis role is critical to the operations of the Agent Training & Support team, particularly in ensuring the continuity of training programs, onboarding of new agents, and maintaining service quality standards. The absence of this position has already begun to impact our team's capacity to meet training schedules and support demands.Replacing this role is essential to:- Maintain operational efficiency and training timelines.- Ensure consistent support for new and existing agents.- Avoid overburdening current team members, which could affect overall performance and morale.QualificationsTraining Development, Facilitation, and Curriculum Design skillsAbility to assess training needs and evaluate effectiveness of training programsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiencesDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skillsProficiency in using technology and tools for training deliveryBachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related fieldPrior experience in training roles, particularly in banking or financial services, is preferredFluency in Khmer and English is a benefit
