In this role, you'll be at the forefront of designing and deploying autonomous, reasoning-based systems that push the boundaries of agentic technology. You’ll work hands-on with the latest frameworks and tools for building adaptive, multi-agent systems that learn, reason, and act in real-world contexts. This is a client-facing role, requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and deploy agentic applications leveraging the latest frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenDevin) and LLM-based toolchains.Develop multi-agent architectures that can autonomously plan, execute, and collaborate to solve complex workflows.Implement RAG pipelines and memory systems to enhance contextual reasoning and retrieval accuracy.Integrate agents with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems for dynamic, real-world automation.Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and clients to define agentic workflows and deliver measurable outcomes.Continuously research, prototype, and adopt new frameworks in the Agentic AI, LLM orchestration, and autonomous system ecosystem.Write modular, maintainable, and scalable code that aligns with modern DevOps and MLOps standards.Communicate complex technical ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders and lead client demos, workshops, and solution walkthroughs.Requirements2+ years of hands-on experience in AI or software development, with a focus on autonomous agents and LLM orchestration frameworks.Proven experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in libraries like Transformers, Hugging Face, and OpenAI SDKs.Understanding of RAG systems, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS), and prompt engineering techniques.Familiarity with cloud-based agent deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure) and workflow automation tools.Excellent English communication skills — comfortable presenting, writing documentation, and engaging with clients.A passion for staying ahead of AI trends and experimenting with emerging agentic architectures.Experience with multi-agent coordination and tool-use frameworks is a strong plus.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based incentivesOpportunity to work on cutting-edge agentic AI systemsCollaborative, remote-friendly, and innovation-driven environmentRegular learning and development programs focused on next-gen AI frameworksExposure to global clients and large-scale, real-world automation challengesApply now with your resume and portfolio showcasing your agentic development, LLM, or automation projects to shahana@erlystage.com
