Through our reasoning models and our next-generation platforms, we design AI that’s not just powerful, but perceptibly humane, comprehensible, and pedagogically sound.Role DescriptionAs an Agentic Experience Analyst, you’ll act as the internal voice of the user—evaluating the experiential, emotional, and cognitive dimensions of MindHYVE.ai’s product suite.You won’t just look for bugs; you’ll study how users think, feel, and trust when interacting with our intelligent systems.You’ll collaborate closely with the VP of Program Management (Pakistan), transforming your observations into actionable design and behavioral insights that refine the way our AI interacts with people.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct user-journey simulations across all product editions (University, K–12, Vocational, Corporate, and Home Learning).Evaluate usability, behavioral logic, and cognitive load within adaptive AI workflows.Observe and document AI behavior and agentic reasoning outputs, assessing user trust and interpretability.Prepare analytic insight briefs and weekly reports highlighting experience patterns and recommendations.Assess cross-edition design consistency to ensure alignment in tone, accessibility, and interface clarity.Review system language, instructional content, and feedback prompts for empathy and inclusivity.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Business, or related analytical field.Experience in user research, instructional design, or digital UX evaluation preferred.Familiarity with SaaS platforms and user-centered design concepts (no coding required).Excellent English communication skills especially for clear, structured reporting.Work Timings: 3 PM - 12 AM (Mon - Fri)Location: Islamabad, Pakistan (On-site)
