We are seeking an experienced QHSE Supervisor who will be responsible to ensure that the Aggreko Tri-K Guinea area is compliant to company and local legislation in terms of QHSE and provide Senior Management with a platform to manage QHSE effectively.
What you’ll do- Perform QHSE audits at various locations and ensure timely and effective closure of audit actions. - Coordinate with certification bodies for external audits and ensure prompt resolution of any findings. - Compile HSE statistics for monthly reporting purposes. - Maintain all QHSE documentation, including QMS procedures, service manuals, HSE standards, and calibration records. - Ensure compliance with Aggreko’s HSE Standards across sites and depots. - Deliver QHSE induction training to new hires and current employees. - Collaborate with project sites and depots to address QHSE-related issues. - Undertake any additional duties essential for the efficient operation of QHSE and operational services.
- Continuously identify and implement improvements in partnership with Group HSE. - Develop and enforce policies and practices to identify and mitigate workplace and external environmental hazards. - Investigate accidents and environmental incidents, working with engineers, management, and regulatory authorities to determine causes and prevent recurrence. - Provide guidance and training on safety protocols and conduct audits to ensure compliance with organizational and governmental environmental health and safety standards. - Maintain positive relationships with the community, environmental groups, and other stakeholders affected by the organization’s environmental performance. - Manage and oversee energy management data. You’ll have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or management. - At least 8 years of practical experience in a QHSE role within an international company. - NEBOSH International General Certificate or an equivalent internationally recognized HSE qualification. - Willingness to travel frequently. - Strong people management abilities. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Effective planning and organizational capabilities. - High attention to detail. - Proficient oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
