With a foundation rooted in the Scrum Master profession and shared agile values, you bring strong leadership and organizational skills to guide teams, foster collaboration, optimize delivery processes, and drive efficient project outcomes. This unique position requires a deep understanding of agile methodologies and the ability to adapt your approaches depending on the project environment.Your Job’s Key Responsibilities AreSetting up and maintaining a clear and effective collaboration environment, establishing roles, events, artefacts, and communication channels Keeping stakeholders aligned on project progress, changes and outcomes to ensure transparency. Working closely with Product Owners to define deliverables that align with business objectives Guiding teams in Agile practices and principles to foster continuous improvement in delivery processes Identifying, managing and mitigating risks and dependencies to safeguard successful project outcomes Overseeing epic prioritization, tracking progress and measuring outcomes/ delivery (KPIs). Focusing on delivering measurable business value Assembling and supporting cross-functional teams to drive efficient and successful project execution Promoting a culture of learning, accountability and improvement, driving enhancements in the delivery process and embracing feedback Your Skills3+ years in Scrum Master and/or Delivery Manager roles, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects Expertise in agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban Leadership, organizational, and planning skills with a focus on continuous improvement and a people-centered approach Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to build and maintain strong client relationships Problem-solving and time-management skills, especially in removing obstacles to drive business value Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms Flexibility to travel as needed (10-20%) Fluent German skills are a must Certification in Scrum (CSM or PSM) or Agile methodologies is a plus OUR OFFERWhile we’re one company, each location has unique aspects and benefits. What is also important to us is to pay our employees an internally comparable salary.
