Job Description

Requirements:4+ years of experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).2+ years of experience in Project Management, Scrum Master, or QA Lead roles managing technical teams.Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum & Kanban) and their ceremonies.Proven experience managing projects and communicating directly with U.S. clients or stakeholders.Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, or similar).Advanced professional English (C1 preferred).Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Project Management certification (Google Project Management, PMP, or CSM).
