【全职】AI产品经理 一、工作职责：产品战略规划：负责AI产品的整体规划和设计，包括生成式AI、Agent和大模型等方向的产品策略制定。深入分析市场趋势、用户需求和竞争格局，定义产品路线图，推动AI产品从概念到落地的全生命周期管理。需求调研与分析：跟踪国内外AI行业动态、技术突破和政策变化，开展用户调研和竞品分析。从用户体验、功能设计、技术实现等多维度评估AI应用，挖掘潜在需求，并转化为可执行的PRD，指导研发团队实施。项目推进与跨团队协作：领导AI产品项目的执行，与设计、算法、开发、数分、运营、行业等角色与跨部门团队紧密合作，确保产品从提出到交付、价值验证的高效执行。商业化与创新：探索AI产品的商业模式，结合业务场景设计创新应用，通过数据分析驱动优化，实现业务增长和用户价值最大化。 二、任职要求：AI领域热情与专业性：对生成式AI、Agent、大模型等前沿技术有深入理解和强烈兴趣。日常主动跟踪领域动态，并能从产品视角分析优劣。有成功上线AI产品的经验，或主导过Agent搭建项目者优先。产品思维与技术能力：具备扎实的产品设计和需求抽象能力，对AI技术栈有较强认知，能判断技术实现可行性。用户体验敏感，熟悉互联网产品开发流程，有大厂AI产品经验者优先。执行力与领导能力：出色的问题解决和执行力，能独立领导项目并处理复杂需求。在团队协作中，善于沟通协调，能与不同专业背景的人员（如算法工程师、业务方）高效合作，推动跨部门项目进展。数据驱动与创新思维：熟练运用数据分析工具，基于用户反馈和市场数据迭代产品。具备战略视野，能识别AI应用机会，驱动产品创新。 三、硬性门槛：学历要求：本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能、数据科学、市场营销或相关专业。工作经验：3年以上AI或互联网产品经理相关经验，有一线大厂工作背景优先。技能要求：熟练使用Axure、Figma等原型设计工具，掌握SQL、Python等数据分析工具的基础知识，能够熟练调用AI工具给工作提效，PPT制作能力优异加分。【Full-time】AI Product ManagerI. Compile valuable information daily and produce regular industry reports to provide timely and effective intelligence for the team.Product Capability Research: Experience and analyze various mainstream AI applications in the market, evaluating product competitiveness from dimensions like user experience, functional design, and technical implementation. Gather user feedback through social media, forums, and other channels to uncover potential user needs for AI products.Project Support: Under the guidance of a mentor, participate in end-to-end project work for AI products. Assist in product requirement梳理 and documentation writing to ensure accurate communication of requirements to the R&D team. Track project progress, help establish project management mechanisms, provide timely feedback on project issues, and ensure projects proceed as planned.II. Position Requirements:Driven by AI Passion: Strong interest in technological directions like Generative AI, Agents, and Large Language Models. Proactively keeps up with field developments (e.g., papers, tech blogs, product launches), has hands-on experience with various AI applications, and can analyze their pros and cons from a product perspective. Prior experience in independently building an agent is highly preferred.Technical Acumen and Learning Ability: Possesses a basic understanding of AI technologies and strong learning agility to quickly acquire new technical knowledge. Prior internship experience in a large internet company and familiarity with internet product development processes and workflows are preferred.Execution and Collaboration Skills: Strong execution skills, capable of efficiently completing tasks assigned by the mentor.
